Zia is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of The Resource Group International. He represents The Resource Group's 43.5% interest in dgs. Zia has served as the Chairman & CEO of Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN) which he led from inception to a $1 billion public valuation. Zia has worked at Morgan Stanley and McKinsey and serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards.
Zia is a graduate of Columbia University and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jeff Cox has over twenty years of wireless and cable sales and operations experience
and has held executive positions in sales channel development and execution, on
and off-line marketing programs and call center sales and operations for some of
the world's most recognized brands. Jeff has held executive management positions
at Charter Communications and senior management positions at mobile phone operator
AirTouch (acquired by Verizon).
Jeff holds a BS in Psychology from San Diego State University.
Mohammed is Chief Operating Officer of The Resource Group. He represents TRGI's 43.5% interest in the Company. Prior to joining The Resource Group in 2003, Mohammed was a Senior Director at Align Technology, where he managed Align's offshore contact center and back office services operations. He was previously a Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (a private sector investment arm of the World Bank) where he was responsible for investments in the Asian telecommunications and technology sectors. Mohammed has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan, a B.A. degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford where, he was a Rhodes Scholar and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anthony Watson is a leading British business and technology executive who serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Uphold, Inc. the world’s largest, and fastest growing ‘cloud-money’ platform.
Prior to joining Uphold, Inc., Anthony was the Global Chief Information Officer of Nike, Inc. where, as a member of Nike’s executive committee he had company-wide strategic and operational responsibility for leading and delivering technology for the world's largest sportswear and sports apparel brand. Previously Watson was the Managing Director & Chief Information Officer of Europe Middle East Retail & Business Banking (EMERBB) and of Global Operations at Barclays Bank PLC. In addition Anthony was Chair of the EMERBB Operating Committee. Before Barclays Anthony was the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Technology Services at Wells Fargo & Co, where he led the technology division of the bank across 44 countries and was a member of the Wells Fargo Bank International Executive Committee.
In addition, Anthony serves as a member of the National Board of Directors, Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of GLAAD. GLAAD, which is based in the United States (US), is the largest LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) media rights advocacy organization in the world. He is also a Patron of Diversity Role Models, the LGBT education and anti-homophobic bullying charity based in the United Kingdom (UK), an Ambassador for the Amy Winehouse Foundation, a charity created to prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people and to inspire vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, from all walks of life, to reach their full potential. The Amy Winehouse Foundation offers programs young people across the UK and the US. And Chair & Head Judge of the European Diversity Awards, Europe’s largest awards ceremony, which recognizes and celebrates individuals, organizations and companies from across Europe, that make a difference in the field of diversity and inclusion.
Anthony is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Board, Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee and Member of the Board Audit Committee of dgs. From 2012 – 2015 Anthony served as the Chiar of the Board Audit Committee of dgs.
Andrew Lear is Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Andrew has held various strategy and financial roles since joining DGS in 2011. Prior to joining DGS, Andrew spent nearly a decade in finance, planning and strategy roles at Weyerhauser Company, including Director of Finance and Analysis and Manager of Finance & Planning. Andrew was a member of the executive team leading Catchlight Energy, a biofuels joint venture between Weyerhaeuser and Chevron. Andrew has consulted in mergers and acquisitions in the renewable energy and energy services industries and currently serves on the advisory board of the University of Washington Business School for the Business Development curriculum and is a member of the board of trustees at Pacific Ballroom.
Dave Flowers is a member of the Board of Interval Leisure Group and Blinkers, Inc.. Following a 19 year career with Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty”), Dave retired in December 2014. At Liberty, Dave served in a variety of executive roles including as Senior Vice-President and Managing Director Alternative Investments and Senior Vice-President and Treasurer. Mr. Flowers also served on the Board of Directors of a number of Liberty portfolio companies including satellite radio and content provider Sirius XM and as a senior member of Discovery Holdings. Prior to joining Liberty, Dave spent 14 years at Toronto Dominion Bank in various investment banking, finance and analyst roles. Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Dave is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Simon Lee is currently an International Advisor with Fairfax Financial, Chairman of Osirium Ltd, Non-Executive Director of TIA Technology and Chairman of Hospice in the Weald. Simon has extensive experience in international financial services, having spent 17 years with the National Westminster Bank Group, working in a variety of international roles in the UK and US. He was variously Chief Executive, NatWest Offshore, Head of US Retail Banking, CEO NatWest Mortgage Corporation (US) and Director of Global Wholesale Markets. Until December 2013, he was Group Chief Executive of RSA Insurance Group plc., a FTSE 100 company.. Previous to this appointment in 2011, for eight years he was Chief Executive of the Group’s International businesses, covering the operations in Canada, Scandinavia, Latin America, Asia and Middle East, Ireland and Italy. He was responsible for the significant restructuring of RSA''s international portfolio that occurred between 2003 and 2007. He was appointed as a main Board Director of RSA in 2007. Simon also served as Chairman of Codan and Trygg Hansa between 2007 and 2011, was a Non Executive Director of Mutual and Federal (listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange) between 2003 and 2005 and was a Non Executive Director of AIM listed Conister Trust between 2001 and 2006. Simon is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
